These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the Pinco version of the online casino services offered via the website pincob.com (the "Website"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any gambling or related services on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Website is operated by Carletta N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, with registered address at Perseusweg 27A, Curaçao ("Carletta N.V." or "we", "us", "our"). Certain payment processing services are provided on our behalf by our subsidiary B.W.I. Black-Wood Limited, a company established in Cyprus.
Carletta N.V. operates under sub-licence number 8048/JAZ2017-003 issued by Antillephone N.V., Curaçao. This licence authorises us to provide online casino services under Curaçao law only. It does not constitute a licence from the UK Gambling Commission and does not authorise us to offer gambling services legally within the territory of the United Kingdom. If you are resident in, or physically located in, the United Kingdom, you must not use our gambling services.
These Terms are drafted having regard to generally accepted international online gambling standards and, where relevant, to the expectations of UK-based consumers. However, nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as a statement that our services are licensed, regulated or lawfully available under the laws of the United Kingdom.

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Operator: Carletta N.V., incorporated in Curaçao, operating the Website, together with any affiliated companies providing support or payment services, including B.W.I. Black-Wood Limited.
- Website: The online platform accessible at pincob.com, including any sub-pages, mobile versions, or localized presentations such as the Pinco view.
- Services: All gambling and related products and services provided on or through the Website, including casino games, slots, live casino, promotional offers, and account-related functionality.
- User or Player: Any natural person who accesses the Website, creates an account, or uses the Services.
- Account: A personal user account registered on the Website in the name of a single User for the purpose of using the Services.
- Bet or Wager: Any sum of money or cryptoasset value risked by you on the outcome of a game, event or other gambling activity offered on the Website.
- Game: Any casino, slot, table, live dealer, or other gambling product made available on the Website.
- Bonus or Promotion: Any form of incentive (including bonus funds, free spins, cashback, tournaments or loyalty rewards) made available subject to additional terms and wagering requirements.
- Real Money Balance: The portion of your Account balance consisting of deposits and winnings that are not subject to wagering or other restrictions.
- Bonus Balance: The portion of your Account balance consisting of bonus funds and associated winnings that are subject to specific conditions (including wagering requirements and expiry).
- Payment Processor: B.W.I. Black-Wood Limited or any other third-party entity processing payments on behalf of the Operator.
- KYC (Know Your Customer): Identity, age, residence, source of funds and related verification processes carried out by the Operator for regulatory, anti-money laundering and risk management purposes.
- Applicable Law: The laws of Curaçao, together with any mandatory consumer protection and data protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be lawfully excluded, to the extent they apply.
- Prohibited Jurisdiction: Any country or territory in which online gambling with us is unlawful or for which we decide, at our discretion, not to accept players. This expressly includes the United Kingdom, unless we clearly state otherwise in writing and obtain all required local licences.
- UK-Related User: Any User who is resident in, or physically located in, the United Kingdom or who uses a UK-issued payment method or UK-based IP address to access the Website.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to register an Account and use the Services. We may request documentary proof of age at any time. If we discover or reasonably suspect that you are under 18, your Account will be closed and any winnings may be voided.
- Prohibited jurisdictions: You may not register or use an Account if you are in, or ordinarily resident in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction, which includes the United Kingdom. UK-Related Users must not use the gambling Services. If you are unsure about the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction, you must seek independent legal advice before using the Services.
- One Account per person: You may hold only one Account with us. Multiple or duplicate Accounts may be closed and balances consolidated or forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
Registration Process and KYC
- Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on pincob.com, providing a valid email address, creating a password, and supplying accurate personal details such as your full name, date of birth and country of residence.
- Email verification: We may require you to verify your email address via a confirmation link. We may also require multi-factor authentication to enhance security.
- Identity verification: As part of KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, we may request documents, including but not limited to: a copy of your passport or ID card, proof of address, proof of ownership of payment methods, and, where appropriate, proof of source of funds or wealth. Until verification is complete, we may restrict deposits, wagering or withdrawals.
- Accuracy of information: You warrant that all information you provide is true, complete and up to date. You must promptly notify us of any changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information may result in Account suspension or closure and potential forfeiture of funds where permitted by Applicable Law.
Account Security and User Obligations
- Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity on your Account. You must not share your Account or allow any third party to use it.
- Security measures: You must use a strong password and update it regularly. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and notify us at [email protected].
- Responsible use: You must use the Services for personal entertainment only and not on behalf of any other person or entity. You must not use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Self-Exclusion and Account Controls
- Self-exclusion requests: If you wish to permanently self-exclude from using the Services, you may send a request to [email protected]. Please clearly state that your request is for permanent self-exclusion. We will take reasonable steps to implement your request within a reasonable time.
- Limitations: As an offshore operator licensed in Curaçao, we are not integrated with UK self-exclusion schemes such as GAMSTOP, and UK-specific safer gambling tools mandated by the UK Gambling Commission may not be available. If you are a UK-Related User, you must not use our Services and should seek support from locally regulated providers.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Stake limits: Each Game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the Game interface. You must ensure that your intended stake falls within these limits before confirming a Bet.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when it is processed by our servers and appears in your Game history. Once accepted, a Bet cannot usually be cancelled or amended.
- Currencies and cryptoassets: We may accept deposits and allow play in fiat currencies and certain cryptoassets. Where cryptoassets are used, the value of a Bet is determined at the time of placing the Bet based on the exchange rate applied by us or our payment processors.
- Game rules: The specific rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information for each Game are either displayed within the Game or accessible via an information ("i") button. In case of conflict between these Terms and the specific Game rules, the Game rules prevail for the outcome of the Game.
Errors, Malfunctions and Cancellations
- Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at odds or conditions that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, we may declare the Bet void and return the stake to your Real Money Balance.
- Game malfunction: In the event of a Game malfunction, system failure, or interruption preventing the proper determination of a result, all affected Bets may be voided. The stake for such Bets will ordinarily be returned to your Real Money Balance, and any winnings derived directly from the malfunction will be cancelled.
- Disconnections: If you disconnect from the Website during a Game, the Game result will be recorded on our servers and reflected in your Account once the Game completes. You may view the outcome in your Game history after reconnection.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully in any live casino environment and chat functions. It is strictly prohibited to use abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, hateful, threatening, defamatory or otherwise offensive language or to harass dealers, staff or other players.
- No promotion or solicitation: You must not advertise or promote other websites, products or services, or solicit personal or financial information from other players.
- Privacy: You must not share personal information (yours or others') in chats. Chat content may be monitored and recorded for security and compliance purposes.
Prohibited Practices and Fair Play
- Fraud and collusion: You must not engage in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to collusion with other players, use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or manipulation of software.
- Automated tools: The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts or any tools designed to give you an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Account sharing and multi-accounting: Creating multiple Accounts, sharing Accounts or otherwise attempting to circumvent our controls is forbidden. We may void winnings and close Accounts that breach this rule where permitted by Applicable Law.
Bonus Terms
Activation and General Conditions
- Bonus eligibility: Bonuses and promotions may be offered at our discretion, subject to specific terms and eligibility criteria. Some promotions may be restricted by country, payment method or user profile.
- Bonus activation: A Bonus may require you to opt in, enter a bonus code, or meet a minimum deposit or wagering requirement. The applicable conditions are displayed in the relevant promotional materials on pincob.com.
- Separate balances: Bonus funds are kept in a separate Bonus Balance and may be used only in accordance with the relevant promotion terms. Real Money Balance is generally wagered before Bonus Balance unless stated otherwise.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering obligations: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be subject to a wagering requirement (for example, 35x the Bonus amount) before they may be withdrawn. Specific requirements for each Bonus are set out in the promotion details.
- Contribution of Games: Different Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games or live casino may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. The contribution table is published in the Bonus rules for each offer.
- Time limits: Bonuses are typically valid for a limited period (for example, 7-30 days from the date of credit) in 2025 unless the promotion specifies otherwise. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the Bonus and related winnings may expire and be removed from your Account.
Restrictions, Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Maximum bet with Bonus funds: We may impose a maximum permissible Bet per spin or game round when wagering Bonus funds (for example, a fixed monetary amount or its crypto equivalent). Bets above this limit while a Bonus is active may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and winnings.
- Prohibited strategies: Low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies (such as betting on both red and black in roulette, or similar hedging tactics), collusion, multi-accounting, or patterns indicative of "bonus hunting" are considered Bonus abuse.
- Game restrictions: Certain Games may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may be restricted for Bonus play. These restrictions are indicated in the promotion terms. Placing Bets on restricted Games while wagering a Bonus may result in the Bonus and related winnings being removed.
- Abuse consequences: Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect Bonus abuse or breach of Bonus terms, we may cancel Bonuses, void winnings derived from them, and close or restrict Accounts in accordance with Applicable Law.
Combining Promotions
- No automatic combination: Bonuses and promotions cannot usually be combined. Only one active Bonus may normally apply to your Account at any time, unless we expressly allow the combination in specific promotional terms.
- Priority of terms: If there is any inconsistency between these general Bonus Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods, Limits and Fees
- Payment channels: Deposits may be made using payment cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, prepaid vouchers and supported cryptoassets, subject to availability in your region. Certain methods may not be available in all countries.
- Payment processing: Deposits and withdrawals may be processed by B.W.I. Black-Wood Limited or other appointed Payment Processors acting on behalf of Carletta N.V. Transactions may appear under their name on your bank or card statements.
- Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Website. We may charge handling fees or pass on third-party charges, such as blockchain network fees for crypto transactions, as clearly indicated before you confirm the transaction.
- Source of funds: You must deposit only from a payment account or wallet held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be reversed. You may be required to provide proof of ownership of the payment method.
Withdrawals and Verification
- Withdrawal requests: You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance via the cashier section, subject to any applicable wagering requirements and security checks.
- KYC completion: We may require you to complete KYC procedures before processing withdrawals. This may include providing identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification and, where necessary, source of funds documentation.
- Processing times: We aim to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, typically within a few business days in 2025. Actual receipt of funds depends on your chosen payment method and external financial institutions or blockchain network conditions.
- Payout method: Where possible, withdrawals are processed using the same method and to the same account used for deposit. We may, at our discretion and subject to AML requirements, offer alternative payout methods.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Crypto Considerations
- Refunds: Deposits are normally non-refundable once used for wagering. In limited circumstances and at our discretion, we may process a refund. Bonuses and associated winnings are not usually refundable.
- Chargebacks: If a chargeback or reversal is initiated on any deposit, we may suspend or close your Account, cancel pending withdrawals, and recover any associated costs or losses from your Real Money Balance.
- Crypto volatility: For crypto transactions, the value of deposits, Bets and withdrawals is determined by reference to the exchange rate applied at the relevant time. We are not responsible for cryptoasset price fluctuations or network delays, fees or failures.
Anti-Money Laundering and Regulatory Obligations
- Monitoring: We monitor transactions for suspicious activity and report certain transactions to relevant authorities where required by law. This may result in delays or refusals of deposits or withdrawals.
- Freezing of funds: Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful conduct, we may suspend your Account and freeze funds pending investigation and any required regulatory reporting.
- Regulator's role: Our Curaçao regulator, Antillephone N.V., generally does not intervene in responsible gambling or social responsibility disputes and typically only acts in cases of undisputed non-payment of winnings. This means that you may have limited avenues for regulatory redress compared to operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.
Limitation of Liability
Our Obligations
- Service provision: We endeavour to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, to maintain the integrity of Games, and to ensure that results are generated by certified random number generators or equivalent mechanisms, where applicable.
- Information accuracy: We use reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Website is accurate. However, typographical errors, omissions or technical inaccuracies may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.
Exclusions and Limitations
- No warranty: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, reliability, fitness for purpose, or error-free nature of the Services.
- Technical issues: We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from failures of telecommunications, the internet, hardware or software (including failures of your device or your internet service provider), or from viruses or other harmful components beyond our reasonable control.
- Indirect damages: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services.
- Liability cap: Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any Bet or Game shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount of the stake you placed on that Bet or Game, or (ii) the amount actually credited to your Account in respect of that Bet or Game. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
Risk Acknowledgement
- Gambling risk: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and may result in loss of money. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions. We do not provide financial, legal or tax advice.
- Regulatory protections: Because we are licensed in Curaçao and not by the UK Gambling Commission, UK-specific consumer and player protections (including UKGC "client money" segregation categories) do not apply to your funds with us. If you are a UK-Related User, you must not use our Services and should seek locally regulated alternatives.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
- Proprietary content: All content on pincob.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, Game titles and layouts, is owned by us, our licensors or third-party providers and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
- Software: The underlying software of the Website and Games is licensed or owned by us and may contain confidential and proprietary information.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
- Limited licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

User Notification and Acceptance
- Notification methods: Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email to the address registered to your Account, by on-site messages, or by a banner notice on the Website.
- Continued use: By continuing to access or use the Services after the updated Terms take effect, you are deemed to accept the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your Account.
Termination & Suspension
Our Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Breach of Terms: We may suspend or close your Account if you breach these Terms, Bonus terms, Game rules or any Applicable Law.
- Legal and regulatory reasons: We may suspend or close your Account if required to do so by law, by a competent authority, or by our regulator, or if we reasonably believe that your use of the Services may be unlawful.
- Risk and integrity: We may suspend or close your Account if we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, collusion, bonus abuse, multiple Accounts, or use of the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction (including the United Kingdom).
Your Right to Close Your Account
- Closure on request: You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or, where available, through the Account settings. You may request that we pay out your Real Money Balance, subject to any verification and legal obligations.
- Self-exclusion: If you request permanent self-exclusion, we will treat this as a request to close your Account and will act in accordance with our safer gambling procedures, as described in these Terms and in our responsible gambling information on the Website.
Effect of Termination
- Funds on closure: Upon Account closure (whether initiated by you or us), we will, subject to Applicable Law and any rights of set-off, return any undisputed Real Money Balance to you using a method reasonably determined by us. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not met wagering requirements may be forfeited.
- Ongoing investigations: If an investigation is ongoing at the time of closure (for example, relating to fraud or AML), we may retain funds and information for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations and to conclude the investigation.
- Access to Services: After closure or suspension, you must not attempt to create a new Account or access the Services. We may block attempts to re-register using the same or linked data.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Primary law: These Terms, your Account and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
- Mandatory protections: Where the laws of your country of residence provide mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded by agreement, such rights may apply in addition to Curaçao law. However, the availability and enforcement of such rights may be practically limited where we are not locally licensed.
Dispute Resolution
- Internal complaints process: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Services, you should first contact our customer support at [email protected], providing full details of your concern. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period.
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process regarding an undisputed non-payment of winnings, you may contact Antillephone N.V. using the licence validator link in the footer of pincob.com, where available. Please note that Antillephone N.V. generally does not handle disputes relating to responsible gambling, social responsibility or bonus issues.
- Court jurisdiction: Subject to any applicable mandatory rights you may have, any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Curaçao.
UK-Specific Notice
- No UK licence: We are not licensed, regulated or approved by the UK Gambling Commission. Our Curaçao licence does not authorise us to offer gambling services legally within the territory of the United Kingdom.
- Restriction on UK use: If you are a UK-Related User, you must not use our gambling Services. If you nevertheless choose to access pincob.com from the UK, you do so entirely at your own initiative and risk, and you may not benefit from statutory protections available when dealing with UK-licensed operators.
